Signs of Spring

“Signs of Spring”

The signs of spring are starting to show themselves here in the northeast.  I noticed buds of new leaves on the trees and the purple crocuses have just bloomed in our side yard. A sure sign that spring is approaching soon. It feels good to see these signs.  It means warmer weather is coming, if we only just wait a little longer.  Oh, we all find “waiting” can be sometimes hard, but the best things come in time.

I’ve had some projects I’ve been working on.  As with any project,  It’s good to put the proper time into them.

I worked on another “Horse Fun Pages” on horse markings.  It was fun gathering the info, planning the layout and doing the illustrations. I’ll be releasing it for sale soon. So look for the coming annoucement.

I’ve also been working steady on my scratch board images for my 2010 exhibit.  For a sneak peek you can go to my blog and see “Works in Progress“.  I’ve been posting my images that I’ve done so far.

Enjoy the days ahead.

Feature Art/product

Mourning Dove

“Mourning Dove” is a pen and ink drawing of a mourning dove.  We have mourning doves in our area and it’s neat to hear their cooing in the morning.  This was done from a picture I took at the beginning of spring. The buds of new leaves were on the trees.

This image is available as a card set or a card cover for sendoutcard users.

  1. Wonderful information, a lot of thanks towards the author. It truly is incomprehensible to me now, but in common, the usefulness and significance is overwhelming. Thanks yet again and great luck!
