\nI was born in this month on the 7th<\/sup>.
\nThe words, birth and growth, come to mind.
\nIn February in the northern regions the first flowers of spring, crocuses, emerge from the ground.\u00a0 Though it\u2019s still cold, and some snow falls and it\u2019s still winter, the crocuses are an early sign of things to come.
\nLate last summer I planted irises and day lilies bulbs with the girls in our garden.\u00a0 They rest in the soil below for the right time and conditions to grow.\u00a0 When and what will happen in time, we\u2019ll see.\u00a0 There are no guarantees with nature and gardening. Yet there is hope and anticipation. There is planting, nurturing and waiting to see what comes forth.
\nOur girls were born in the spring time months.\u00a0 As each year passes they grow and learn.
\nTime will tell where their lives will lead them.
\nAnd as time passes I can\u2019t help notice it too.\u00a0 I\u2019m no spring chicken any more for sure.
\nPerhaps I am wiser and such, yes.\u00a0 Strands of grey hairs here and there.\u00a0 When did they show up?
\nI make notes to live in the moments.
