“The Possibilities”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Saturday, June 6th my family and I watched on TV the last race of the Triple Crown Races at Belmont Park.
\nThe favorite to win the race and win the three races of the Triple Crown Races was “American Pharaoh”.
\nThere hadn’t been a Triple Crown Winner since 1978.
\nI was just a little kid then and didn’t know much about horses then. I didn’t see the races.<\/p>\n

In 1973, Secretariat, would win the Triple Crown. Recently I saw the movie about Secretariat’s story. I loved it. I also watched a replay of the race that was recorded back then on Youtube.
\nI remember thinking how cool that must of been for those watching then.
\nAnd how I had learned about it when I got older.<\/p>\n

Well, the events of our time have come. And I, my husband and two girls (13 and 11) got to witness seeing Live on TV a horse that would run all 3 races and Win.<\/p>\n

I was poised as I watched the race. The girls watched interested.
\nAs “American Pharaoh” headed down the last stretch of the race and pulled ahead and away from the pack of horses behind him, I couldn’t help but start screaming and cheering.
\n“OMG, we have a Triple Crown Winner. (over and over) I had never seen it Live on TV and was so thrilled. “It’s really happened.” I got to witness this along with many other people who watched the race. And I was among those people who were seeing it for the first time.
\n“Awesome. Just Amazing”.
\nIt one of those feats that takes the right horse, the right rider, the right timing and such for it to happen.
\nFor there are things that only transpire in certain circumstances. And this was one of them.<\/p>\n

My youngest daughter was jumping up and down with excitement at seeing him win.
\nMy oldest daughter typed out what was happening. lol
\nOur family got to share that moment together and witness something very special.<\/p>\n

It’s times like that that I am very grateful.
\nThose special times where we have a moment to take in something very special.
\nThose times when we can see a moment that can inpsire us.
\nThat can make us believe in something.
\nThat can want us to turn the words “impossible” into “possible”.
\nTo consider that maybe our doubts are the only thing that are holding us back.
\nAnd we should focus on what the Possibilties are.<\/p>\n
