“Spooks and Gifts”<\/p>\n

I volunteer at Horses Bring Hope therapeutic riding program.<\/p>\n

Last night Horses Bring Hope hosted their “Spooktacular” fundrasing event in Quonset, RI.
\nIt was a lot of fun. \u00a0Guests came in costume. \u00a0The food was great. \u00a0And we had a long table of items to raffle off to lucky winners.<\/p>\n

I contributed some art work items toward this wonderful group’s raffle table.
\nWith my love of horses, I naturally enjoy drawing them.
\nAnd where I volunteer at this horse program, that\u00a0gives me ample\u00a0models to draw.<\/p>\n

And I added a couple of T-shirts into the bunch, too.<\/p>\n

Some happy lucky winners won these items.<\/p>\n

Feels so good to be able to contribute to a great program that I feel passion about.<\/p>\n

Soldier Portraits<\/strong>
\nDarla Dixon organized a group of artists who will create no-charge compassionate portraits for the families who have lost a loved one in Operation Iraqi Freedom\/Operation Enduring Freedom. We are looking for artists to join our efforts, and also for non-artists who will help spread the word about this free service and token of our gratitude to families who have sacrificed so much.”<\/p>\n
