“Summertime, Camp time”<\/p>\n

When I think of summertime I think of long, warm days outside in the sun. ‘
\nI also think of camp. \u00a0The girls will be going to camp. \u00a0They’ll enjoying an array of fun activities.<\/p>\n

I’ll be helping campers\u00a0at Horses Bring Hope horse camp. Being a part of sunny days with horses and kids.
\nI remember going to camp when I was in my teens. \u00a0I learned to ride horses at camp. \u00a0It was awesome. \u00a0One of my favorite camp horses was a quarter horse named, Ceasar. \u00a0He was a Blue Roan color. \u00a0He had black and white hairs throughout his coat. \u00a0It looked blue-ish when the sun shone on it. \u00a0He was a great horse camp horse. Steadfast. \u00a0oh, and he had a rocking horse canter, which I got to experience my first time cantering. \u00a0So nice.<\/p>\n

\nDarla Dixon organized a group of artists who will create no-charge compassionate portraits for the families who have lost a loved one in Operation Iraqi Freedom\/Operation Enduring Freedom. We are looking for artists to join our efforts, and also for non-artists who will help spread the word about this free service and token of our gratitude to families who have sacrificed so much.”<\/p>\n
