It&#8217;s very typical weather for the month of March in Rhode Island and the whole\u00a0New England area.<\/p>\n<p>Plants are starting to break through the ground.\u00a0 I&#8217;ve seen some Crocuses come up. They are the first flowers to come up between the end of winter and the beginning of Spring. They come up during a time when the weather can be cold and snowy one day, then warm and sunny the next .\u00a0The Crocuses adapt by staying closed up when it&#8217;s cold and windy.
