A new year has begun.\u00a0 And we\u2019re here.\u00a0 Isn\u2019t it great?<\/p>\n
OK, you probably did think the negative doom and gloom\u2019s day prediction was just a \u201cthing\u201d to throw away.\u00a0 It didn\u2019t serve any of us.\u00a0 Dump it.<\/p>\n
We\u2019re alive and well. \u00a0And our journeys continue on.<\/p>\n
Now what?<\/p>\n
Well.<\/p>\n
Now that we have time and our journey continues ahead, \u201cWhat will we do\u201d?<\/p>\n
We\u2019re here.\u00a0 We have gifts and talents.<\/p>\n
What to do?<\/p>\n
I\u2019ve been taking time to think about my gifts and talents.\u00a0 Wondering how I could really be of service with my art more than I have.<\/p>\n
I thought of what I have done before.\u00a0 I looked way back and then to the present.<\/p>\n
Drawing with those 6th<\/sup> grade classmates,<\/p>\n drawing with my cousin,<\/p>\n building EQUUS masks for a theater production,<\/p>\n portraits,<\/p>\n artworks, prints,<\/p>\n etc.<\/p>\n I also love nature and animals.<\/p>\n How does it all fit into a BHAG?<\/p>\n <\/p>\n BHAG: a Big, Hairy, Audacious Goal.<\/p>\n In one conversation I had a while back I was asked what my dream was.\u00a0 I said I wanted to share my art with the world.<\/p>\n Well perhaps it’s too general a dream.<\/p>\n How can it be more specific?<\/p>\n Think, think \u2013 like Pooh.<\/p>\n How would or can my art be of service?<\/p>\n Deep thinking.<\/p>\n This occurred to me today.<\/p>\n I can show people the beauty of nature. And the idea that we’re all connected in some way or other in this world.
