word of week: Lost
I have memories of my parents taking us on family vacations and getting lost going to some place to visit… a museum, zoo, restaurant.
Though getting lost can create tension, we did our best to lighten the mood.
The joke was “we were taking the scenic route”. lol

This is funny and really nice in its simplicity! I never knew if we were lost during family road trips because my sister and I were always in the back seat reading comic books! But today I’d be reading the map (wrong) and my husband would be doing the glowering.
