Happy Holidays

“Shine ”

This is the season of lights.
Whether you celebrate Hanukah, Christmas, Kwanza or any other holiday during this time, Lights in some form seem to be a part of it.

During our temple’s Hanukah Concert, Peri Smilow sang the song ” This Little Light of Mine”. Everybody there was singing and clapping along. It was wonderful.
Nothing like people coming together to share special moments together and being a light for each other.

I have taken time to sit and admire our Hanukah candles and the warm glow they make.

Thought I’d include the lyrics to this song for you.

Feel the light and warm glow. Then share it.

Raffi This Little Light Of Mine Lyrics

Songwriters: SCOTT, STEPHEN H. / DP,
[Chorus]
This little light of mine, I’m gonna let it shine.
This little light of mine, I’m gonna let it shine.
This little light of mine, I’m gonna let it shine.
Let it shine, let it shine, let it shine.

I’m gonna take this light around the world and I’m gonna
Let it shine.
I’m gonna take this light around the world and I’m gonna
Let it shine.
I’m gonna take this light around the world and I’m gonna

Let it shine.
Let it shine, let it shine, let it shine.

[Chorus]

I won’t let anyone blow it out, I’m gonna let it shine.
I won’t let anyone blow it out, I’m gonna let it shine.
I won’t let anyone blow it out, I’m gonna let it shine.
Let it shine, let it shine, let it shine.

[Chorus]

Every day, every day, I’m going to let my little light
Shine.
